West End Chapter members are organizing a BBQ at Sunset Beach from 12pm-5pm on Saturday June 25th. This is an opportunity for members to come together safely outside after many online meetings during the winter months.

Please RSVP so we have an idea of how much food we'll need!

Event Details:

There will be food and drinks provided, but members may also bring their own amenities. If you plan on attending and you have a specific dietary need beyond vegetarian or vegan, please email us ([email protected]) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We will have masks and hand sanitizer on-hand for attendees.

We'll need volunteers to help with setup and teardown/cleanup so please check the box to volunteer if you're able.
