We are organizing a BBQ at Trout Lake from 4pm-9pm on Friday May 6th, to celebrate Vancouver Tenants Union's Five Year anniversary. This is an opportunity for members to come together safely outside and celebrate our victories and lessons.

Please RSVP so we have an idea of how much food we'll need! We'll need volunteers to help with setup and teardown/cleanup so please check the box to volunteer if you're able.

We will have T-shirts by donation and free VTU buttons (while supplies last) for attendees.

Event Details:

• We have the covered picnic area reserved so we will be (relatively) safe from the weather
• There will be meat, vegetarian, and vegan options for food. If you plan on attending and you have a specific dietary need beyond vegetarian or vegan please email us ([email protected]) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs
• We will have masks and hand sanitizer on-hand for attendees
• Washrooms are on site at the concession stand, with more at the Community Centre on the West Side of the park
